Who would have thought a card that looked so simple would take so long to produce. Spent all day yesterday looking for the papers  - already had an idea of what I wanted - it's like when you go shopping for a Special Outfit and you know what you want -you're never able to find it!  Changed the papers several times now and couldn't stop playing with more!

Well I have the idea of doing an African theme - looked up where Zebra's came from.  Didn't know there were different coloured Zebra's  - if you'd like to find out more click here for Wikipedia.

Then decided I'd have a go at watercolouring as it always looks so easy and affective  - hats off to those that can - mind were horrendous!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today started all over again and spent most of the day changing the design, altering design and colouring the zebra.

Still not sure if I like it or not but decided to enter it in Chrissy's DT call after all the time and effort I'd put into it!

Gold embossing to edges of paper.
Ribbon pleating
Machine sewing

Stamp:  Zebra - Krafting Kimmie

Prisma pencil - Black

Free papers from Jak Heath
and Far Farhill
Plain - Crafters Companion
Dies used:
Sizzix label
Best wishes,
