I'M NOT WELL

For this project I used a Mo Manning digital stamp from Mo's Digital Pencil which is a lovely image and reminds me of when my son was little those cosy dressing gowns and colourful pyjamas, and slippers unfortunately I dont think my son  knows what any of those are now!  Where are those people who said it would get easier!  No coats, t shirts in the middle of winter!

I coloured with copics and spica pens.  I used a fine liner to create the border.

The sketch is from Sketch and stash and the backing papers are from a Forever Friends CD Rom and the Red Mirror board is from Create and Craft.

I used ribbon, bow and brads to embellish this card.

Welcome, this is my first challenge as a DT member for Paperplay and I am excited about joining them.  This weeks challenge is being sponsored by Whimsy stamps.

For this challenge I chose to use "Little Christmas Angel" and she is a beauty.  As the theme for this weeks challenge is Monochromatic I chose Black and White which is a particular favourite of mine at the moment.  I used just the grey tones (copics) warms and cools.

I used a fine black liner to create the border around the image which is something I like to do as it gives the image more of a frame.

I added stickles glitter glue to parts of the angels wings and holly leaves.  The backing papers were some digital papers from Creative Cottage and the black cardstock was from WH Smiths.

I used ribbon, bow, charm, flowers, pins, pearls and gem to embellish the card.

Nearly forgot and a couple of corner peel-offs.

Hope you like and please take a look at the other DT sample for inspiration.

Many thanks and best wishes,
