Challenge #Lilac and Purple
Challenge #C4C49

Loved this colour combination so decided to do another one.  The image is an Elisabeth Bell stamp for Bells and Whistles.

This image was coloured using copic pens and a purple glitter pen was used for the topping bits on the cake.  I also used a fine liner for the faux stitching.

I used a Martha Stewart round-the-corner punch for the edging and a couple of Marianne dies for the flourishes.

The papers were from "Ballet Belles Edition 2" CD Rom and Crafters Companion.  To finish the card I added a flower, some angelina fibres and a brad.

Shades of Purple

Challenge #Lilac and Purple

For this project I chose one of my favourite Belles and Whistles stamps, once again by the artist Elisabeth Bell.

I coloured the image with different shades of purple copic pens and used a fine liner pen for the corner border.  The papers were from Debbie Moore and Joanna Sheen CD Roms and the plain paper and card stock was from Crafters Companion.

I used a Martha Stewart edge punch for the border on the main image and embellished with some Marianne Flourish dies and some pearls.

I love how this combination work together.
