Challenge #Lilac and Purple

Loved this colour combination so decided to do another one.  The image is an Elisabeth Bell stamp for Bells and Whistles. 

This image was coloured using copic pens and a purple glitter pen was used for the topping bits on the cake.  I also used a fine liner for the faux stitching.

I used a Martha Stewart round-the-corner punch for the edging and a couple of Marianne dies for the flourishes.

The papers were from "Ballet Belles Edition 2" CD Rom and Crafters Companion.  To finish the card I added a flower, some angelina fibres and a brad.

Challenge #Lilac and Purple

For this project I chose one of my favourite Belles and Whistles stamps, once again by the artist Elisabeth Bell.

I coloured the image with different shades of purple copic pens and used a fine liner pen for the corner border.  The papers were from Debbie Moore and Joanna Sheen CD Roms and the plain paper and card stock was from Crafters Companion.

I used a Martha Stewart edge punch for the border on the main image and embellished with some Marianne Flourish dies and some pearls.

I love how this combination work together.
