Challenge #41
Challenge # Fun in the sun
Challenge #42 Something Old Something New

For this project I chose a Bells and Whistles stamp by Elizabeth Bell.  I coloured the image with copic pens.

The backing papers were from Joanna Sheen, Colour my world CD Roms and Crafters Companion.

The sketch was from sketchandstash

I used an old edge punch I haven't used in a long time to cut the decorative wavey edge and a corner punch I've had a while and haven't used before.  I used a fine black liner to create  faux stitching. The stamp is a new stamp that arrived today in the post.

The card was finished off with some pearl embellishments.

What's next?

Challenge #Fun in the sun
Challenge #102 Distressing
Challenge #We're all going dotty!

For this project I chose a Bells and Whistles stamp by Elizabeth Bell.  The image was coloured with copic pens and  bronze, blue and silver ink pads were used to create the distressed edging.  The paper was then distressed with a paper distressing tool by Tim Holtz.  I used a Nestibilities circle die to cut the image out masking the towel area so that the die would not cut through this part of the image.

The backing papers were from Colour my world and Crafters Companion.  I also ripped the one edge of the paper to create another kind of distressed edge.

I then finished the card with a couple of beads.

It's me!

Challenge #Let's stump Cheryl
Challenge #We're all going dotty

For this project I chose a Sassy Cheryl digital stamp.  The image was coloured with copic pens and I used a gel pen for the polka dots on skirt and hair ribbons.  A fine black liner was used to create the border.

The backing papers were from Colour my world CD Rom and Crafters Companion luxury papers.
The card was finished with some red pearls.

Hope you like, I am liking the red combo's.
