Sound of Innocence

Sketch used but background turned sideways and embellishments as layout.

I chose a digi doodle image for this card called "Sound of Innocence".  The criteria was to incorporate the sketch above, the colour scheme burgundy, pink and cream, suitable for a best friend and hopefully elegant.

I coloured the image with copics and added a white gel pen to keys of piano.  I sprayed the image with varnish and sprinkled a little glitter over the image.  The papers were free from Crafters Companions members site.  I used paper and ribbon scraps for the strips.

For the embellishments I used a brad, gems, pearls, flowers, and pearl beaded ribbon.

I like the colour scheme and think it does make the design look grown up and elegant.
