Vegetarian Vampies

Challenge # Sketch Sketch Saturday
Digi Doodle Shop's Best - embossing
Stamp Insanity - embossing

For this project I used one of the digi stamps from the Stitchy Bear and I did it Creations Crafting Boutique.  This stamp is called "Edward and Bella" and I coloured them in Greens and Blacks as an alternative to Vampire red.  Thought the green and the apple would reflect a Vegetarian feel although Edward doesn't look convinced.
I chose to use the sketch from Sketch Saturday for this creation.  Not sure where I got the backing papers from only that they were off a CD Rom but which one I can't remember - should really make a note - although it does mean there's less chance of repeating.

I kept this quite plain and simple to reflect the colours and subject and decorated with a few pearls.

I used a Martha Stewart border doily punch and a corner frame die for the ornate corner frame.  I also used a cuttlebug swirl embossing folder.

PLAYTIME

Challenge #Vintage  For fun challenges
Challenge #Sketch  Sketch Saturday

For this project I used a digi from the Stitchy Bear and I did it Creations Crafting Boutique called "Playtime.  Decided the colour her in unusal colours matching some Christmas papers I had in my stash.

The sketch is from Sketch Saturday and I used a die to cut the middle border but unfortunately it does not shown up.  I used a cuttlebug die to cut the corners and  a Nellie die to cut the frame.

I just added a few pearls and decided it didnt need any more as I don't like to much on a card.
