Smell the flowers

Challenge #103 Check It Out  http://everybody-art-challenge.blogspot.com/
Challenge # Embossable  http://ourcreativecorner6.blogspot.com/

For this project I used a stamp I've had for a while but not used.  I can't remember the name of them only that they are done in the style of the "Love Is" characters that were popular in the 1970's.

I used copic pens to colour this image and used a purple/pink glitter pen for the hearts on the girl's dress and hair ribbons.  I used a blue gel pen for the hair clip on the other girl's hair. A fine liner was used to create the faux stitching.

The papers were from Bells Ballet CD Rom.  I chose check and floral pattern papers for this project and I used two Cuttlebug folders to emboss the corners and middle section.

A gorgeous card Sharon. The image is so cute and I love the embossing you have done.
The girl with kitty I got off the web for free at http://www.disney-coloring-pages.net/other-coloring-pages/free-precious-moments-coloring-pages-and-sheets-93/

There are some other images on this site that I will definately use in the future.
Thank you for the lovely comment you left about my card.
Thanks for joining EAC.
